To make a booking we require a 50% deposit, payable by cheque or bank transfer.
Note we do not accept debit/credit cards.


Cancellation Policy:

Due to the uncertainty in the present circumstances, with immediate effect we are reducing our booking deposit from 50% to 25%. We are also reducing the minimum cancellation period from 60 to 21 days.

We are making the following temporary changes to our terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy as follows:

  • Guests cancelling within 21 days of the start of their visit will incur a fee of 25% of the total cost.
  • Guests cancelling within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost.
  • Guests who would like to postpone their stay with us can re-book at no extra charge, up to a maximum of 12 months after the original booking dates, subject to availability.
  • Any email cancellation must be confirmed by us to ensure it has been received by us.
  • Should it be necessary for us to cancel a guest’s booking we will refund their deposit in full.
